Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and major holidays). Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Standard Delivery Times

• Contiguous United States: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your package to arrive via standard ground shipping.

• Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories: Delivery may take an additional 3 to 5 business days depending on local postal routes.

Auto-Delivery & Subscription Shipping For customers enrolled in our Auto-Delivery (Subscription) program, your recurring orders will be processed automatically based on your selected frequency (e.g., every 90 days).

• Billing & Shipment: Your payment method on file will be charged, and your replenishment kit will be shipped immediately to ensure uninterrupted usage.

• Tracking: A new tracking number will be uploaded to your Customer Portal for every recurring shipment. You can log in at any time to modify, skip, or adjust your next scheduled shipment date.

Order Tracking You can track your package directly through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account and visiting the Customer Portal. If your package has not arrived within the standard delivery window, please reach out to our support team.
