30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Because our products include teeth whitening pens, oral rinses, whitening gels, and oral care systems which are personal hygiene products, return eligibility is subject to specific safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure the health of all our customers.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

•Whitening & Oral Care Products: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original, intact sealed packaging. Due to the personal hygiene nature of oral care products, any items that have been opened, used, or have broken seals are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage).

•You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

•Gift cards and final sale/clearance items.

•Opened or used whitening pens, rinses, gels, and lip balms (due to strict health and safety regulations).

•Returns initiated based on personal subjective dissatisfaction with product scent, taste, or whitening results.

Return Shipping Costs

We support eligible returns. If your return is due to our error, shipping damage (e.g., gel leakage due to damaged packaging upon arrival), or product defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns initiated due to customer preference for eligible (unopened) items, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.

How to Initiate a Return

1.Contact our customer support team at support@whiteningdiscount.shop with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if items arrived damaged.

2.Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

3.Securely pack the items and ship them to our designated returns address.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your items arrive damaged or with quality defects (e.g., leaking packaging, malfunctioning electronic components, or packaging flaws), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@whiteningdiscount.shop with clear photos. We will promptly arrange for a full refund or a free replacement.
